Athletic ability and knowledge of the game can only take a player so far. Ultimately a great athlete has to have confidence within to achieve their potential. During your time with Gym Rat Performance Training you will be thoroughly instructed in the mental aspects of athletic performance to help you fulfill your athletic peak.

WE TEACH FUNDAMENTAL & SKILLS
The game is based on doing the small things perfectly so that one may build upon this foundation and progress to the harder skills required to be an elite level player. Our programs teach the foundations and do not progress to the intermediate and advanced skills and techniques until one masters the process. As the old adage proclaims, “One cannot run before they can walk.”


ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
We know that to take your game to the next level we also have to take your athleticism to the next level. Under the guidance of Coach Kurzawski (who is a certified personal trainer, worked with nationally renown D1 Sports Performance Training and has worked as a college strength and conditioning coach) you will be introduced, instructed and challenged in some of the latest muscle building and speed/agility training in order that you may reach your athletic peak.
