TRAINING 

Gym Rat Performance Training understands that the difference between a good and a great athlete is how much time they put into the off season both working on their game but also working on their performance and physique.

We are proud to offer a custom classes for high school, college or professional athletes preparing for their upcoming athletic endeavors through our Performance Training program.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of each athlete through a consultation. Athletes are expected to meet with a Gym Rat Coach 2 times a week (based on the discretion of the coach and the purchased package) for a workout which will last 60 minutes.

Areas of concentration include:

  • Cardiovascular endurance

  • General and particular strength

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Flexibility

  • Vertical and horizontal movements

  • Sport Specific Footwork

BOOTCAMP

We believe in complete player development which includes mental and physical preparation and conditioning. Throughout the year we offer an extremely challenging HIIT Bootcamp for serious athletes who are looking to take their performance and physiques to the next level. Join us to get into the best shape of your life!

  • Bootcamp’s are taught by certified personal trainers.

  • $5 a workout at Amerifit Gym in Greentree
